Merging Chinese medicine with Yin Yoga. Why and who can teach it?
Yin Yoga isn´t Chinese medicine, in a way that it isn´t acupuncture. But Chinese medicine gives us an amazing framework, to help us bring an understanding of the body, and what´s happening in the practice. In my opinion, that´s where the strength lies in merging Chinese medicine and Yin Yoga.

The main emotion of the heart is joy. When that emotion becomes too much, it goes into excitement. This makes the spirit/Shen to rise up, and leave to body. And this slows down the heart qi. With daily meditation we need to bring our mind back into our heart/body, to ground our mind and calm our spirit.

So rather than being an organ which is a solid mass, or a hollow receptacle, the Triple Warmer can be seen as a passageway, allowing free movement in the channels (meridians), the waterways and the bowels. And although it has no physical form, it does play a crucial role in maintaining the health of the entire body, and the modern interpretation of San Jiao is the lymphatic system.

Why fibromyalgia isn’t a chronic condition and how you can heal yourself
The liver is another organ involved in fibromyalgia. Due to emotional upset and stress, anxiety and depression, the liver qi gets injured, which also may lead to painful syndrome, as the liver dominates our tendons. Basically, fibromyalgia is an imbalance of liver and spleen.
Why one question might help your anxiety
It´s a powerful question. How do you know you have anxiety? If the word anxiety wouldn’t exist, how would you explain how you feel? Sadness? Pressure over your chest? Heart palpitations? Stomach ache?
