I’m Sofie Ringsten.
Ex police officer and elite athlete, turned full time yoga teacher and educator, and acupuncturist trained mainly in Beijing.

I live in Sweden and Maldives, where I work with yin yoga education as well as treating patients with Chinese medicine. I’m founder of Maldives School of Yoga, and co-founder of Majestic Maldives.

My hope is to share all the goodness of Chinese medicine with you, so you can take charge of your own health.
